Day to day
I strive to be
The best I can
The real me
It's not easy
Not at all
But I do my best
To stand tall
I try not to conform
Or fall in a rut
I search for answers
But more often than not
All I find are questions
And confusion
What the hell am I doing?
I don't always know
But one thing I'm sure of
Day to day
I put each foot forward
